DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification
At Modsify.tech, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in a manner consistent with the DMCA. If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the content that allegedly infringes upon copyright. Additionally, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the developer who provided the content about the removal, so they can submit a counter-notice in accordance with the DMCA.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Modsify.tech infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice. To do so, please provide the following information in your notice:
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed: Please specify the copyrighted work(s) you believe have been infringed. If several works are involved, provide a list of all of them.
- Your contact information: Include your name, address, phone number, and email address, or another method of contact that we can use to reach you.
- URLs of the allegedly infringing content: Include the exact URLs where the infringing content can be found on Modsify.tech.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Signature: The physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Accuracy claim: A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are being infringed.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. To do so, you must provide the following:
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your signature.
